Keith & Kerry had an incredible wedding in Ventura, California. Here is my favorite shot from their wedding. This is Volkswagen Bus that served as the getaway car. It also happened to be the same Volkswagen bus that Kerry’s parents drove away in after their wedding. Oh yeah, it had been sitting in Kerry’s driveway unused for six years and one of her best friends got it running the Monday before the wedding. Major coolness!

Zane & Caroline were married in Victoria, Texas where they both grew up. We started the day on the golf course with the guys. Zane was wearing the most perfect shirt for the occasion. After that my assistant and I headed over to the cutest salon where all of the girls had their hair done. We ended up at the church, the same church in fact, where Caroline’s parents were married. Special!

Zane & Caroline have been one of my favorite couples of 2009. Not only did I have the honor of capturing their wedding day, but I also got hang out with them at numerous weddings all summer. I have come to love their presence while I work – it is so great to have guests at the wedding that know my work and jump in to all the photos. I love you guys!

Red Bull was the official sponser of this wedding. It wasn’t really, but they should have been; everywhere I went there was Red Bull.

On another note, I know the blog has been very sad lately. Travel throughout July, followed by illness, and some family situations have made everyday seem as though it ends before it ever really gets going. I will be updating the blog as much as I can throughout this week and weekend for all of my faithful readers out there. Thanks for checking out my work so often – I am grateful for your support and encouragement! I have been working on some great, great weddings these past few weeks and I am so excited to share them with you!
